ORDER CANCELLATION/RETURN 

Request Order Cancellation or order return  

If you would like to cancel or return your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Send us an email at "shoplysticofficial@gmail.com" with the subject line:

   "Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]" or "Order Return - [your order number]"

2. In the email, please include:

   • Your Full Name

   • Your Order Number

   • Reason for cancellation or reason for return  (mandatory)

3. Our team will review your request and confirm the cancellation or return by email.

⚠️ Note:

  1) Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

 2) Orders that have been passed more than 5 days from the delivered date and used orders will not be accepted for return.
